The PV200 was one of Seaward’s original compact I-V curve tracing solutions for solar PV commissioning and troubleshooting. While now superseded by the PV:1525-IV, the PV200 remains supported for calibration, servicing, software downloads and technical support.
The tester combines electrical safety testing and I-V curve tracing in a compact portable solution for PV systems up to 1000V DC.
The PV200 is known as the PV210 in the United States.
The PV200 is a compact solar PV tester with integrated I-V curve tracing, designed for the commissioning, verification and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.
Combining essential electrical safety testing with performance measurement in one portable instrument, the PV200 supports open circuit voltage, short circuit current, insulation resistance and maximum power point measurements for PV systems up to 1000V DC.
The tester also provides automatic fill factor calculation, on-board storage for up to 999 records and compatibility with SolarCert software for comparison against standard test conditions and manufacturer published data.
Using the Solar Survey 200R, the PV200 can wirelessly capture irradiance, ambient temperature and PV module temperature data for enhanced reporting and analysis.
Now superseded by the PV:1525-IV, the PV200 remains supported for existing users requiring calibration, servicing, software downloads and technical support.
The PV:1525-IV builds on the trusted workflow of the PV200 while introducing faster testing, enhanced performance analysis and support for modern high efficiency PV systems, including:
