Leakage limits were increased in the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice to 5mA across the board regardless of the equipment construction class. Pre 5th Edition PrimeTest 100's will produce a failure result if the current were to exceed 0.75mA.
5th Edition compliant PrimeTest 100's (signified by the 5th Edition logo on the front of the tester) will now read up to 5mA and pass/fail the test accordingly.
