Today marks the launch of Seaward’s limited substitution opportunity for those in the PAT testing industry.
Open to everyone involved with using PAT equipment, whether that is running a business, or as a duty holder, the substitution scheme aims to help people get access to the best most up to date equipment around.
With a football theme to tie in with the nation’s favourite game, the Seaward transfer market is injecting a bit of fun into an opportunity that aims to help all those struggling with older PAT testing equipment get access to the latest most up to date technology.
Seaward’s Managing Director, Andrew Upton had this to say:
“We noticed that a large number were struggling with older machines that may have outdated technology or be large, heavy and cumbersome, and decided that we needed to find a way to help these people get access to the very best latest technology and equipment, in order to help them grow.”
A big part of this initiative is Seaward’s promise that all old testers received as part of this scheme won’t find their way back into the market.
This is great as it means more people will have the latest updates in line with the most recent Code of Practice. And, alongside newer more advanced technology means faster processing time and advanced features.
Another advantage to newer models is these advancements in technology generally mean lighter more user friendly equipment, which in turn can help shorten testing time. Finally, newer models come pre-calibrated so there’s no need for costly calibration or downtime.
But the scheme’s link to football comes with the added advantage that we all love a bit of the beautiful game. So in celebration of the FA cup, Seaward are launching this scheme for all makes and models of PAT tester. This means that even if your current PAT tester isn’t a Seaward, you can still get in the team and get your hands on one.
That includes any manufacturer and any age, if it’s a PAT tester you can substitute it.
And what’s more important, Seaward are going to give you money back for doing so.
This means that you’ll get money back from the price of your new tester machine for substituting your old PAT equipment regardless of age.
And it’s so easy, all you need to do is fill in the claim form on the dedicated page and Seaward will send you confirmation of your substitution amount. Then you go get your new tester from any dedicated Seaward distributor.
And you don’t have to send your old tester back until you get your new one, so no down time.
With all these excellent reasons to get in the transfer market, the next question is, what will your substitution be? Click below to decide now.
