The D05000 digital micro ohmmeter offers flexibility of measurement with high accuracy, ease of use, and exceptional functionality.
This micro ohmmeter has programmable measuring current in 100 steps. Automatic temperature compensation references the measurement to 20°C and Hi / Lo limits permits efficient sorting of components.
An optional PRT 100 sensor easily plugs into a socket on the front of the unit. When used in the fast measuring mode it can easily sample 50 measurements per second. All functions are available as standard as well as a data logging function which stores up to 4000 date and time stamped readings. Statistical analysis of these values allows you to display the Max / Min / Average values as well as the peak to peak and standard deviation.
The D05000 micro ohmmeter instrument is ideally suited for laboratory environment or production line testing, The DO5000 features serial communications as well as an optional PLC interface, and can be remotely controlled and integrated into an automated testing system. All features and functionalities are available on all of the models in the range. The D05001 adds an internal battery, while the D05002 has a lower current capability, than the DO5000.
