Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Seaward. If for any reason, you are not, simply return it to 6304 Benjamin Road, Suite 506, Tampa, FL 33634, United States within 30 days of despatch date, unused, complete with all accessories in its original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note and quote your account number and order number, and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.

You are responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return. Any Goods returned after 30 days as ’unwanted’ or ’incorrectly ordered’ may be accepted at the discretion of Seaward but will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of $10).

The 30-day money back guarantee promoted on this website is in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
