SEA CUSHION® Marine Fenders

fender ship fender foam filled fender dock fenders SEA CUSHION Marine Fenders are available with Standard, Low Reaction or High Capacity foam.

Our premier product, the SEA CUSHION Marine Fender, was introduced over 25 years ago as the world's first foam filled marine fender.

The SEA CUSHION Marine Fender of today retains much the same appearance as the original, but the similarity ends there. Today's SEA CUSHION Marine Fender is the result of significant upgrades to the original design. The Standard version offers 40% more capacity through upgraded energy-absorbing closed-cell foam, and the chain and tire nets have been upgraded as well, consistent with this increased capacity.

Seaward SEA CUSHION Marine Fenders feature a design proven through testing and service to provide the best performance for today's demanding marine operations. The unique SEA CUSHION construction provides a number of features and advantages:

  • Low reaction force
  • High energy absorption
  • Large standoff distance
  • Easy Installation
  • Adjusts to water level
  • Low maintenance
  • Cost effective, long service life
  • Proven track record

In addition to the upgraded Standard SEA CUSHION Marine Fender, we now offer the offshore version as well. This fender is designed for constant use in an offshore or high seas environment. The Offshore SEA CUSHION Marine Fender features an even thicker outside skin than the already rugged Standard Model.
